UOL, Hilton sign deal for first NoMad Hotel in Apac at former Faber House site
NoMad is a high-end lifestyle accommodation brand emphasizing classy layout, first-rate dining and immersive social channels. Established by United States hospitality firm Sydell Group, the label joined the Hilton portfolio adhering to the team’s purchase of a majority stake in Sydell Group last year. Made by WOHA, the hotel will feature a biophilic layout with a 15-storey waterfall and a “cliff-like verdant vertical landscape” set into the front. There will likewise be an “urban verandah”: a public place on the third level that will certainly be made use of for art and design programming. UOL states the city verandah will also facilitate future networks to surrounding projects.
Many other functions of the resort consist of an entrance hall on level 5 with an adjacent sky terrace and an infinity terrace pool overlooking Orchard Road, and a roof bar and restaurant.
