APAC Realty expands ERA franchise into Hong Kong

Under the contract announced on Oct 28, HKMD will carry working rights over ERA registered member broker workplaces in Hong Kong for a three-year term beginning Jan 1, 2026. APAC Realty retains the option to restore the contract for an additional three years, subject to specific contractual situations.

ERA HKMD’s Chan says the collaboration “mirrors our dedication to remaining in the lead of industry trends and enhancing our competitive edge”. She adds that ERA’s worldwide system will certainly help the company better deal with the advancing demands of Hong Kong investors.

Hong Kong’s real estate market has been revealing indicators of rehabilitation this year, supported by the elimination of real property stamp obligations, relieving home mortgage fees and strengthening cost.

With this development, APAC Realty’s system will grow to greater than 21,900 consultants across 14 Asia-Pacific countries. The Hong Kong franchise– ERA Hong Kong Morning Dragon– will be led by Michelle Chan and Benny Wong, both of these seasoned professionals with around 3 decades of skill in banking and cross-border property.

Chu includes that the expansion will enable APAC Realty to better serve clients wanting to diversify their property profiles beyond Singapore. “The mix of global stability and community insight will generate our results throughout the region,” he suggests.

Singapore-based real estate providers APAC Real estate, via its subsidiary brand name ERA, has signed a franchise agreement with Hong Kong– owned property and financial solutions firm Hong Kong Morning Dragon Company (HKMD).

According to Marcus Chu, Chief Executive Officer of APAC Real estate, the team’s entry right into Hong Kong comes at a “strategic and suitable time, amidst restored capitalist trust and improving industry view”.
