The Great Room workspaces to be rebranded as Industrious

The Great Room also presently operates 2 locations in Sydney, Australia; two in Bangkok, Thailand; and just one in Hong Kong.

Properties under hospitality-led workplace provider The Great Room– covering Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Sydney– are going to operate under the Industrious company, starting July 1.

” At the core, The Great Room and Industrious share the similar belief that work must feel human,” says Su Anne Mi, managing supervisor for Industrious Apac and co-founder of The Great Room. “That approach is what defined The Great Room across Apac, and it carries forward under the Industrious brand name.”

The Great Room presently operates seven places in Singapore, consisting of workspaces at One George Road in the CBD, Ngee Ann City on Orchard Roadway, and Raffles Arcade on North Bridge Roadway.

The three brand-new areas schedule to start in the city-state this year are at Keppel South Central on Hoe Chiang Roadway, Shaw Tower on Beach Road, and Stamford Place and Stamford Road.

The move will merge Industrious’ Asia Pacific (Apac) areas, previously operating under The Great Room, right into its global network, the business stated in a June 17 release.

Productive plans to expand its Apac folder by more than 50% over the next year, including the opening of 3 brand-new places in Singapore this year. The pipeline belongs to a broader international expansion, with the company aiming to open over 60 brand-new places worldwide in 2026.

The rebrand comes four years right after US-headquartered Industrious– now a unit of CBRE– obtained homegrown The Great Room in May 2022. CBRE acquired full control of Industrious in January 2025.
